T shaped conservatories are very stylish, which adds a curved or square central bay to your rectangular conservatory.  This style of conservatory creates extra space and a gable end that floods the room with light.

BUILDING EXTENSIONS

Building extensions on your home is always a daunting task.  HOMESEAL can step by step help you through the process from idea, design right through to install.  Creating that must needed versatile space at home will not only add value but will bring a stylish addition to your home.

HOMESEAL's conservatories are available with glass, polycarbonate or solid roof systems.  All bases are fully insulated, with the required building regulations depth needed for foundations and modern materials are used.  Our custom build will closest match all existing brickworks and roof tile requirements.  Creating a singular look to you home.

We do offer additional extras such as electrics, plumbing, plastering, rendering, painting, decorating and flooring packages for our customers.

Our projects come with a 10year guarantee and all conform to the latest building regulations.

Planning permission is not necessary for all conservatories.  Adding a conservatory can be allowed under "permitted development" rules.  We always recommend you check whether full planning permission is required.  This will give you total peace of mind, but save you a great deal of money.  Failure to check could be an expensive mistake should local authorities decide a conservatory was built illegally and it would need to be removed.
